Who we are
This website is operated for Saaj — The Festival of PANJABIYAT, conceptualised, co-curated and co-produced by the Punjab Cultural Project and The Asian Heritage Foundation (together, “Saaj”, “we”). Partnership enquiries are handled with our partnerships team, Eventful India.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, organisation, country and the information in your application or message.
With your consent we also collect analytics and advertising data (such as pages viewed, the campaign that brought you here and device type) through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To review and respond to your application, enquiry or nomination; to arrange conversations and meetings; to send you news and invitations if you opt in; to measure interest in Saaj and improve this website; and, with your consent, to show relevant Saaj updates on social media platforms.
Sharing
Submissions are shared only with the Saaj organising team and the service providers who host this website and its forms (including the EventZR platform). We do not sell personal data. With your consent, hashed identifiers may be shared with advertising platforms such as Meta to measure campaigns.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent, unsubscribe or ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@PunjabCulturalProject.com. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR.
Retention
We keep submissions for as long as needed to run the festival and its future editions, and delete them on request.
